Data Deletion Instructions

Moj Suvenir receives and processes customer messages from Facebook and Instagram only for customer communication, order management and support purposes.

If you want to request deletion of data associated with your Facebook or Instagram communication with Moj Suvenir, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data by sending an email to:

Please include the following information:

  • your name;
  • the Facebook or Instagram account name you used to contact us;
  • the approximate date of your communication with us;
  • a short request, for example: “Please delete my Facebook/Instagram communication data from Moj Suvenir systems.”

What We Will Delete

After receiving and verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize personal data related to your Facebook or Instagram communication with Moj Suvenir, including:

  • message history stored in our internal CRM system;
  • platform-specific user ID stored in our system;
  • name or username associated with the conversation;
  • attachments you sent to us, where applicable;
  • internal CRM records that are no longer required.

Data We May Need to Retain

Some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, tax, security or dispute-resolution purposes. If retention is required, we will restrict the data to the minimum necessary and use it only for those purposes.

Processing Time

We aim to process valid deletion requests within 30 days.
